In the past few days, we've become convinced that Grant will be either an engineer or a mechanic when he grows up. He's fascinated by the structure and mechanics of things. When we put him under the activity gym, he's only marginally interested in the plush toys. He has more fun examining the support bars. In the bath, he ignores the squeaky toys floating in the water and instead climbs over the side to play with the faucet.
His latest effort is the swing. He wriggles out of it and shimmies his body underneath to examine the underbelly.
Here he is...

This has nothing to do with mechanics. Just wanted you to confirm that our kid has the best hair of any 4-month-old you've ever seen.
