Half a year down...

I've been reverting to my old ways and ignoring the blog, but we have a milestone - Grant is six months old! And he's still, mostly, in one piece. It's hard to believe he's been on this earth for half a year. The time has flown by (except for the nights, which remain excruciatingly long and never-ending). In just the last week, it's as though someone reminded Grant that he's supposed to step it up now that he's six months old, and he's turned out some amazing tricks.

He's sitting up by himself...

He got a job doing data entry...
(okay, just kidding, he's only an intern)

He played with new toys...

He got his first tooth...
(no picture - the little booger won't let me get a good look at it. But we can feel it - it's in there!)

He hung out with Dog-Uncle Charlie...

(By the way, don't they look remarkably alike? Down to the blonde hair and the fat rolls.)

And here he is, playing with his new favorite toy, a used Kleenex box...

He's getting to be a pretty fun, well-mannered kid. I think we'll keep him!
